I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE PAYPAL . I'D ORDERED SOMETHING FROM EBAY AND WAS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THE SELLER TO REFUND MY MONEY ON AN IPHONE THE CHARGE WASN'T HOLDING , THE SCREEN WAS SHOT BUT I HAD PAID £165 OR THERE ABOUT. MY FRIEND ASKED ME IF I HAD PAYPAL? I SAID YES SOMEONE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ME. SO I CONTACTED PAYPAL. THE REST IS HISTORY! TALK ABOUT EMPATHIC , FULL OF KNOWLEDGE, TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. YET YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TALKING WITH AN OLD & TRUSTED FRIEND. MY PROBLEM WAS SORTED . BOY OH BOY WAS I GRATEFUL THAT I HAD JOINED PAYPAL. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE!
