Incredible relief

I was losing so much sleep over the debt I had managed to accumulate which was the result of many curve balls that I had not budgeted for. My payments were about £1200 PM and after I had paid my mortgage, nursery bills and gas/elec, I only had £250 to cover everything else. This resulted in a vicious cycle of accumulating more debt and the tipping point was when I was up to the limit on every single card. I called Payplan as I had seen them mentioned on the money advice service website, from the get go, there was no judgement and they managed to reduce my payments to £475. To say I can breath again is an understatement, I feel as if I can actually live my life now without having to rely on credit cards which have now all been destroyed. Friendly, helpful and life saving.

I got myself into a cycle of debt. I have crippling anxiety and was struggling to deal with lenders phoning me. I started my pay plan with PayPlan and they were nothing but helpful and understanding. I explained my anxiety and that I could not cope with communication by telephone, they have never once phoned me and have sent all communications by email and text, making me feel so much more secure than my previous debt management plan, StepChange. Their friendly advises have always responded quickly and politely with all the information I request and have always taken my needs into consideration. I appreciate so much what they have done for me that I have now paid off over 2/3s of my debt and have not missed a single payment or struggled, and all of this is due to their diligence and assistance, and making themselves approachable to deal with. I've never hesitated to contact my advisors when I have had a bad months pay or have lost my job, they have provided the upmost care and support and I truly feel that my life has changed for the better since I set my plan up with them. I needed to deal with credit card debt that had ballooned over the last 18 months due to my self employed income reducing by 2thirds I have pensions as well which are fixed Payplan understood my situation straight away and offered me a debt management plan which is perfect for my situation They negotiated with my credit card providers who had recommended them to me and took a weight off my shoulders They are friendly , professional and efficient and keep in touch regularly I would recommend anyone with debt issues to contact them Also, They are free Nickie Armstrong Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
