Turned my financial life aeound

Due to personal circumstances during the pandemic, I ended up taking on a large amount of debt that I was struggling to keep up with as time went on. PayPlan helped me make arrangements to pay off that debt in a manageable way, leaving me with enough to get by, but without the stress of lenders chasing me. They have always been approachable, non-judgemental, and knowledgeable and I feel confident I will soon pay off my debts with their support. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

Payplan have been absolutely fantastic with helping me out of a terrible situation. My husband passed away leaving me unable to work due and when I could go back to work only part time hours because of the children. My debts were high 30k+ from hoise rennovations and my income had reduced significantly. Payplan helped structure my outgoings into an affordable monthly amount. They spoke to all my creditors and they stopped interest and charges. Payplan have always been so kind on the telephone and email and through the app. I'm so grateful to them as I couldn't have managed all this myself whilst coping with a bereavement. Payplan helped me when I was struggling financially because of ill health. My wage had decreased to half pay and I was getting behind with bill payments.
