I was having issues with debt and was referred to Payplan by a lender. They were helpful throughout setting up my payment plan and have been in contact since to ensure everything is going ok Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Very professional. No fees. Options laid out for me.. I entered a debt management plan which creditors agreed to. With interest frozen. One monthly payment I can afford. Debt free by July 2026. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Payplan have changed my life and believed in me

I was in a terrible financial situation about 5 years ago. Having worked with another finance support charity for two years at renewal they decided to reject me. It was Christmas and i was desperate to sort something out. Payplan were exceptionally helpful , professional and understanding right from the start. I have been a client of PayPlan for nearly 20 years...

I have been a client of PayPlan for nearly 20 years after running up colossal credit cards debt. They have negotiated with my creditors successfully when my benefits were cut or unexplained withdrawal to that I could make a token payment. There was a time when my payments were unaffordable and I really struggled to pay them but now they are more affordable. I wouldn't touch credit cards with a barge pole now because I now know how destructive they can be when used unwisely. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

This is a second time I’ve been using Payplan in the last 15 years to help with my outstanding debts due to health issues in my family, the service is absolutely excellent , communication outstanding always willing to help no matter what circumstances you’re in ,working with them has given me a great peace of mind as they have set up an affordable repayment plan for me without too much hassle , I’m looking forward to become debt free soon thanks to PayPlan Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
