Payplan is amazing , I was In so much debt and so depressed but Payplan were so supportive and said don’t worry we will help you all the way and get the debtors to stop pushing for money you don’t have and come to an arrangement and freeze the interest . I cried tears of joy at the end of our phone call with Payplan and actually slept well for the first time in months. Finally, someone had listened to us and helped us. We will be forever grateful for this. Every member of staff who has been in contact with us (either via email or telephone) are always so polite, empathetic and friendly.
