Fantastic support and reassurance

When I first spoke to Payplan I was not knowing how to get out of my financial difficulties. I was reassured as well as giving me a “light at the end of the tunnel”. Ever since I have received a top class service with kind, friendly, supportive staff. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Amazing genuine support that changed my life

I was at a low point in my life after losing my mother to cancer and having to leave my family home, my debts just spiraled out of control. After doing some research on line I found Payplan could help. A member of the Payplan team contacted me, they were supportive and reassured me I'm not alone and they can help me. They were very polite, understanding, patient and respectful. They looked at my accounts and developed a plan for me. When I ever have any concerns they answer my calls straight away and really helpful with great information. Im now on the road to recovery from my debts and I cant thank Payplan enough, they have changed my life on a daily basis. The best out there. Payplan makes it really easy for you to see your total debt and every month they give you the breakdown of all the payments they’ve done in your behalf. Honestly can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Best customer service.

I have had all my issues dealt with very quickly. The team is always ready to listen to you and provide quality service. I am very grateful that PayPlan has offered me the best solution for clearing up my financial issues by contacting the creditors and making sure that an affordable pay plan was set up. DMP experience is a 10/10!

DMP experience is a 10/10! I easily and quickly got started and the fact that the service is free is amazing. The case managers could be a bit more responsive, as it seems their attentiveness decreases after the DMP has started but either way I have not needed to get in touch with them as the process is smooth via Direct Debit every month. The best thing i did.

My Payplan representative is always pleasant, promptly replies to messages and keeps in touch with money saving tips. Prior to payplan, I had sleepless nights and could not find a way out of my financial mess. As the interest is frozen on my debts, I have a clear idea of when my debt will be paid off.
