Penny Post Credit Union offers a range of loans to members.

All members can apply for the Personal Loan and there’s also a Homeowner Loan, but members can only have one loan at a time. Repayments are on a weekly or monthly basis and interest is calculated on the reducing balance.

Disappearing paperwork

I had a debt management plan with them and never missed a payment for the last 7 months. Now I'm told I'm not on a debt management plan and it was an human error and I need to redo all the things I did 7months ago. They tell me they can't find the paper work. When they initially had the paperwork to start the plan in the first place. I feel they lost paper work on purpose to make my debt management plan fail. I was initially happy with their services but moves like these show me their not a trust worthy company Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
