Our dog has allergies and needs daily medication which is covered on our plan. Generally the process is super easy and payout is prompt. Our insurance price did rise moving house within the same town and has increased steadily each year. Overall good service Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Used compare the market.com with using my corrrect details. Perfect pet was at the top with the cheapest, read through all I needed to know was very pleased. Easy to set up straight forward. An done. Helpful customer service

I have missed my payment date a couple of times. Each time I have needed to speak to someone in order to make a payment over the phone and they couldn't have been more helpful. I have not given full stars as it would be helpful if there was a payment button....though this in no way reflects the helpfulness of the agents Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
