Great customer service, great organisation

I've used plane saver for 8 years and they were the only organisation who lend me money for my car in 2017. Very reasonable rates, penalty free early repayments, the best over the phone customer service I've known. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025

I first heard of planesaver from my senior at work and was financially struggling at the time to keep up with my finance. Having paid over half of my monthly salary to provide for my family, mum and sister, I decided planesaver would help me feel soeacial when I looked at how much I had saved over a period of time. Consumate Professionals with a Personal Touch

I have been a member for nearly 40 years. I cannot fault their customer service and have always had any concerns addressed immediately. And if the truth been known, I've only ever had 1 issue that needed resolving in the nearly 40 years. I’m with you guys since 2017 and u believe it’s amazing how you guys help the people. It’s amazing how as a community we help each other. You guys always helped whenever I needed support especially in Covid times. And now I’m saving for my kids with you guys, which I believe is amazing as it flies to them straight away when they need it. I would thank all of you for your support.
