Great savings account without having to think. I would say I did have issues with my card. It took a while to sort out and no one seemed to be able to provide an explanation, although the response was speedy. Work on your customer services a wee bit more and then you will be perfect! Plum have always been reliable and trustworthy in the number of years I have used the app. Customer service have been prompt and helpful in dealing with the only issue I have had over the years.
