Absolute cowboys and thieves. They froze my account because I wanted to spend my money basically!!! They advertise themselves as a debit card THEY ARE NOT and more businesses than not will not accept this card for on line payments.Sent all the compliance documents they requested and they still won't release my money. The financial ombudsman have confirmed that they have numerous complaints about these fraudsters and taken on my case as I was calling and emailing daily with no response. I tried emailing the CEO of this company [email protected] guess what he's ignoring me too! Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

From day one I have found the Pockit account really easy to use and value for money compared to other pre-paid debit cards.
