This prepaid MasterCard is backed up by superb customer service. It's so easy to pop-up, pay bills etc. It offers me peace of mind to keep card transactions away from my dbit account. I've had a Pockit card for a while now and I'm sure I'll have one for many years to come. Ultimately it's about safety for me, no getting caught in never ending interest payments, but with all the benefits of a top level credit card. Couple that with excellent customer service and you'll wonder why you didn't get one years ago! They really are that good! Reviewed on: 29th November 2018

They listen all the time , you can ask them anything .Its never too much trouble .

When I need to phone Pockit I know you hat they will answer at 3 rings . Any question or query is answered straight away and they always give a straight answer no putting the customer on hold . I opened an account 2 years ago and i never had a problem with it,very easy to open you receive the card after 2 days and from there the beginning of a story with Pockit.
