Always a fast professional response. Sorts problems out within hours not weeks. They offer you a friendly service No catches straight banking! Simple straight forward app, anyone can use it. If you have limited credit record this card based bank is ideal, Easy to deposit cash, takes pensions etc., acts just like a full bank with a fast safe web-site. Good communications if you have a query and they keep you updated with likely out of service times when they maintain the system.
