Never have i ever being so frustrated and with the incompetence of this firm. Transfered from my Santander saving to their Pockit business acc, they declined the payment lied to me told they had sent back to where the money had come from. When i spoke to my bank that i have being banking with for 25 years they told pockit never sent the money back. A rep from pockit lied to me saying they had sent the money and how my bank had declined. My bank off 25years never received no money from them. Now pockit rep is threatening my acc and went and suspended my account holding unlawfully £172.00. They are so abrupt and mis sell financially products online. When i get my money back am going to close this account and go get a proper account with a proper bank who are known. These small companies are all scams Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Beyond dire, getting any response is impossible

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SIGN UP FOR A POCKIT ACCOUNT. The only response to my query was responded to 9 days after submitting the query. After giving up using the online message system, 23 days, yes, I am a patient man, I had also tried calling them on their telephone number to no avail. 137 calls (5 - 7 calls a day over the 23 days ) & NOT ONE of them was answered. How on earth these ba5tard5 are allowed to trade is beyond belief !!! Hopefully, & sooner rather than later, they'll end up going down the pan with the likes of Wonga! Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

These dam,n animals twice I have had issues and I had to get rough with my language with them I paid for an asset of Unity 3D programming store so after after much deliberating as I am not a rich man but very poor and these cockroaches stopped the purchase and pocketed the money and now I have to get proof that the ''merchant'' must not have pocketed the money but the thing is Unity didn't get the damn money these animals are crooks They even come calling you by your first name as if you their goddamn friend, unprofessional bastards after this I shut my account down with them Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

pockit are running a con by freezing accounts and allowing the inactivity time limit to be reached before legally being able to steal your account balance. come join the facebook group to help put a stop to this! https://www.facebook.com/groups/744066085929310/ if youve had a bad experience come share it on here. if your going to open a account DONT!!!!!! Stole money from international transfer
