Pockit says they will return my money when I supply them with Proof of Income, My Bank Transactions, Bank Transactions from who the small gift came from at Christmas, They asked for receipts from PayPoint to prove that the money was paid in despite them sending emails with the transaction receipt and amount and of course less THEIR Administration but the last Email from them told me to GO ON Start Legal Action! 7 Months this has gone on now this is a Disgrace. I also think the Daily Mirror should Re-Review Pockit after all it was their Full Page Review in May 2016 praising Pockit that made me open the Account. Maybe The Mirror will I believe they have their own Pre-Paid Card now. Reviewed on: 14th August 2018

Pockit Scam

I can't write anything about this 'Company' that already hasn't been wrote, 7 Months same thing Blocked after 1st Deposit of £480, ID Bank accounts other Peoples Bank Accounts Etc.Etc. Now its 'We will not Tolerate your Behaviour, go ahead take Legal Action' Contacted Financial Conduct Authoritiy, Fraud Squad and more, BUT now I will really go after them. At least this site publish the Reviews, Pockit reply on Trustpilot Reviews saying, Sorry for your experience some will Contact you, Also 4000+ TrustpilotReviews 83% give 5 Stars???? The Reviews seem to arrive there in batches on the same Day? Strange? Daily Mirror gave a Full Page Good' write up over Pockit 2 years ago(May 16th) I will be contacting them to see what they think now. ( I believe Daily Mirror have their own PrePaid Card now, should be interesting to hear what they say) Reviewed on: 8th August 2018

pockit cards scam

pockit pre pay account cards is a scam run by a Indian family if you read there terms and conditions they can randomly block your account for any silly reason and keep your money (steal) or if you dont use it for 6 months they keep your money (steal) they dont inform you .just try to log onto your account one day and your money is gone you ring customer services and they tell you lies and rubbish trying to annoy you so they then can block your emails its all a clever scam so they can steal your money Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

terrible experience

dont use pockit pre pay cards .they send a card pin sort code in two days you load money onto the card very easy but then when you try and use it to spend money it works once then they block the card .it takes days calling customer services at your expense then they ask for 4 forms of id but you dont need id to get the card or load it and you cant do nothing the account you have money in is blocked i have £270 blocked its basically a scam Reviewed on: 25th July 2018

I've been with pockit just under a year, and feel it was the best decision to leave the high st banks. The app is great for keeping control of my spendings. You'd be out of pockit not to get one. Reviewed on: 11th July 2018

SCAM Company

* DO NOT USE POCKIT ** This is a SCAM company, they randomly BLOCK your card, for no good reason, then ask for ID etc. once given they pretty much ignore all emails and offer no good reason for not re opening the card I am now taking them to court as they are ignoring me and illegally holding £1200 of my cash I urge you to Please DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH POCKIT Reviewed on: 8th May 2018

Avoid like the plague - Once they have your money they block your account!

Opened an account as sounded like a perfect solution to manage finances of a shared ownership yacht, all pay in equally and each have debit cards for agreed expenditure. We signed up, all deposited cash. Set up first payment to pay surveyor. Next thing get notice of them cancelling the payment and suspending the account. They say pending identity verification but felt this should've been asked for up front. I sent photos of utility bill and driving licence but obscured account numbers for my data protection as don't see they're relevant. The documents prove me and my address etc. Have asked for closure of the account and return of my/our money but they're ignoring this. Have now registered complaint with FOS who seemed quite sympathetic. The whole thing feels like a scam. No freephone number. Their published complaint number is just their regular number that charges 9p/minute but haven't been able to get hold of anyone and there's no countdown of queue position etc. My experience explains their very low ratings. Account suspended

I allow customers to pay me into my account, yesterday I couldnt log in to the app but logged in fine online, I notified pockit, however today after withdrawing the balance they have suspended my account and stopped the transfer, asking me for all my original documents I sent in to open my account. Do not go near them! Theives!

Since may 2017 my account was disabled. Every time i call their customer service i get a different story. I have supplied at least ten documents to them trying to get my money back. Almost a year later they are STILL giving me the runaround. No one there talks to eachother. No clear answers on what, when or if i will ever see my money again. Im beyond angry and upset!
