Rubbish customer service

I hit a deer on the 7th August, it is now 28th September and I'm still waiting for the repairs to be done to my 5 month old car. Shocking customer service. To find out anything I have had to call Police Mutual on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off. I have been a customer of their's for a number of years but will definitely think when my renewal is due. Very angry Reviewed on: 28th September 2023

Fantastic

This company has got to be one of the best insurers around. Very friendly and helpful they make sure you get exactly the insurance you need and dont try to upsell anything. Their quotes are fantastic and most companies could not get near them for value. Reviewed on: 17th September 2017
