Really simple process

I’d never heard of policy expert before but it took me about 10 minutes to change over my policy to them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

easy website to book insurance and phone calls later to make changes after a few weeks had to add another driver as it was only for a week was unable to do online but again was no problem with a phone call . Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Just brilliant

Right from the start everything was simple and straight forward. Very competitively priced and excellent cover for the money. I even shopped around when it came to renewal time but nobody came close to my already lower quote. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Still amongst the Cheapest

I waited 4 days to 'bite' and the price went up £30. Considering the 'extras' you get it was still probably the cheapest. I would say that why was I asked to verify it was "me". The BIB would have given the information! I'm still a bit worried. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Simple and easy to use

Simple and easy to use, website it clearly laid out for us lazy people. Things came included which other insurers charged extra for, and they were still cheaper. As long as they are cheaper on renewal, I'll definitely use again. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
