Nice support from policy expert to match a competitors quote on renewal. Also needed insurance details of my builder who had removed an internal wall and replaced MN with a steel support. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Satisfied

We have just taken out our second year. We feel the insurance covers all we need covered with extra options if we were to required it. All in all good all round cover for a good price. Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Good value!

Such good value, and the staff were really professional, with Legal Ins. thrown in for nowt. An issue with a roof leak came up 4 months ago, and I did feel the call to Policy Expert was about them finding excuses not to pay out, but that's industry-wide now. We did agree in the end that it was 'wear and tear' on the roof after 40 years. Can't win 'em all, so I can recommend Policy Expert! Reviewed on: 21st August 2017

Simple professional cover

This is the 3rd year our house will be covered by Policy Expert, we have been provided with great cover at a great price over these 3 terms , every year I have used a comparison website to check on the market prices for my preferred cover and then given a call to make sure my details are up to date and correct and to see what price they could match. Every time I talk to a professional person who doesn't take ages to talk to pick up or even to input your details, they are quick and straight to the point with cover and add ons so you know where you stand and what you have with them, no pressure and no hard sale, they actually weren't the cheapest this year for me but for a few pound extra I'd rather stick loyal then chance my luck with another company, I have no second thoughts to recommend Policy Expert when looking into insurance Reviewed on: 20th August 2017
