Very helpful and polite

I wanted to cancel policy as I had found a cheaper quote. I received a call with a new quote slightly higher than the one I had but they added in legal cover f.o.c so I kept my cover with them Reviewed on: 22nd August 2017

Good cover and very fair price

Only 4 stars as I have not yet had any reason to assess the quality if I had to make a claim or have any other direct contact with the company. The policy is comprehensive for my needs, value for money and the process simple enough Reviewed on: 22nd August 2017

Will have to wait and see

I chose Policy Expert because of the offer on Top Cashback. I am advised however that this may take a few months to track at the amount expected. As this was my deciding factor I probably wouldn't have gone down this route if that had been evident at the outset. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2017
