Patience and persistence.

I made an enquiry by email and an operator called most days over a two week period while I was away on holiday.I returned to a pleasant voicemail and when he finally reached me ; my enquiry was resolved and as a gesture of goodwill emergency cover was added free of charge. Amazing company

Really easy to set up policy online, very good cover and you tailor it to your needs. Better price than our current insurer and you can even print a cancellation form to send to your current insurer. Policy Expert make life easier. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
