Easy info- cautiously hopeful

I came to policy expert with a cash back offer from Top Cashback, I haven’t received my cashback despite it being over 2 months since it was due (nearly 5 since my purchase) otherwise policy info east to read and find and customer service seems easy to access so cautiously optimistic and hope I won’t get chased out at renewal by an extortionate increase.
