Used the benefit calculator on a daily basis for over 3yrs as a benefits adviser and found it to be incredibly useful and informative. The questions were straightforward and the results page was excellent. I really liked being able to compare several different scenarios that I could relay to the clients. Also found I was listened to when I had to contact Policy in Practice about possible updates and changes and some were acted upon quickly and efficiently. I use this application on a daily basis with my customers, and it provides both myself and them with a very detailed understanding of financial circumstances in an easy to understand format. The ability to break down individual outgoing costs and other expenditure allows me to offer a great financial overview to my customers, and help plan around their individual needs and requirements.
