Great service

Overall good but potential for improvement

I received my personal loan and whilst I am overall happy with the service I have received and the loan has been fair I have a few recommendations. Overall what would raise my recommendation and overall rating would be a better way for me to manage overpayments. At the moment I have to call and speak to an operator but having a way to monitor all of this online would overall make my experience so much better Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Great Service

Outstanding, simple and fuss-free!

A decision was made within seconds, the money was in my account within 48 hours and I was kept regularly updated as to the status of my application. After applying to a different provider and being made to jump through hoops (which seemed to change regularly and with no reason), applying to the Post Office was a breath of fresh air.
