I am voting for the Post Office to win this award as when I recently applied for a personal loan I was treated with respect by listening to my needs and therefore providing me with the right product as a result of their excellent customer service and product knowledge . Post office was also very quick in transferring the loan amount into my bank account. This also means that I it was all a hassle free experience for me as a customer. Excellent online response time

Due to an oversight on my part, I urgently needed a short term personal loan to cover some unforeseen expenses. Within a few minutes, my application was accepted and funds were transferred. Paying off the loan early was also very easy, and fully confirmed by email and letter. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
