First class service and support during a difficult time

I switched to Purely pets this year as they were the best deal on a comparison site that I used. A couple of months after joining my healthy golden lab became seriously ill and was diagnosed with inflammatory brain disease. Purely pets were efficient in dealing with my substantial claim. They truly listen

Having had a claimed denied due to information given to insurance company from vet, they called to inform of decision and to resolve quickly after being misinformed regarding the claim. Leading them to overturn original decision and give the customer service and peace of mind in which we all require with any insurance company. Cheap but gives you what you need

After 3 years of insuring our dog with petplan they decided to raise our premium by 40% and could not provide any reason other than ‘we take breed and sex into account’. Surprisingly, our dogs sex and breed has not changed. We made the switch and have the same cover for less than half the price! No brainer! Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Quality well priced pet insurance

I was looking for reasonably priced insurance policy with a good level of cover for my 2 dogs and found Purely Pets as the outstanding solution. The company offers many competitively priced policies to suit each individual need. I have not needed to make a claim to date but, expect a professional approach should I need to do so.
