Easy to claim, very helpful staff

I have been with purely pets for many years. The staff are very helpful when you telephone them and if you have to claim it’s very straightforward. You are kept up to date via your online account and emails and payments are made within a week of claiming. I would highly recommend purely pets for your insurance. Reviewed on: 11th August 2019

What a difference! Responding to queries is a doddle and the service you receive fantastic with no delays, unlikecwith other pet insurances like Pet Plan. You call them and they are there without making your life hell..... Reviewed on: 10th August 2019
