I have always had good service from Purely Pets , they have always paid out promptlyon my claims as my Border Terrier has Diabetes there have been quite a few claims. I would not hesitate to recommend them Reviewed on: 16th July 2019

Value of a good insurance company

I was moved to Purely Pets Insurance by my previous company when they withdrew from the pet insurance market and it has been a very positive move. My dog Honey has been having eye problems since last August. We have had insurance cover with Purely Pets since Honey was a pup and are really pleased with there support. If you call you always speak to someone who reassures you they are always polite and answer all questions. The claim involved with the vets are done directly but we are always kept informed by email which is wonderful. We would definitely recommend and we always tell friends and family about the cover we have and we would not go any where else or even search for a better deal. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019
