From my initial phone call I found Purely Pets to be friendly, polite, understanding and human. Having insured with them for a few years and having had one claim the service they have given has been caring and professional in every respect. I would recommend Purely Pets to anyone looking for a company who give an honest and reliable service where you feel a valued and recognised customer and a company who in my opinion get it just right. Our previous experiences with pet insurers was not as good as with Purely Pets. This company deals directly with our vets and always pays promptly and keeps us in the loop via email. Excellent prompt service every time.
