Good insurance company

Were very slow paying out the first ever claim. They kept going backwards and forwards to the vets for months. Eventually did pay out and never had any problems since ! So can recommend them! Reviewed on: 12th July 2019

Excellent and quick service!

When my kitten had a nasty fall and had to go to the emergency out of hours vets, PurelyPets were really helpful and sorted out the claim for me really quickly this took the stress out of the whole situation for me, they are great, I would definitely recommend them! Reviewed on: 12th July 2019

I had my previous cats insured with Purely Pets unfortunately they both died within days of each other. Purely Cats helped me by telling me how I could save money on their cremation and I received a really nice email from them saying they were sorry for my loss. I insured my cats with them when they were about 14 years old and they were excellently priced compared to other companies who are not interested in older cats.
