This year our Dog has been ill, been with Purely Pets, about 4 years. I've rung the 24/7 nurse, then on her advise got in touch with my Vets, The vets are dealing with Purely Pets direct, but keep me informed, how things are gong, and up to now No issues paying out etc. i don't have a big cover financially, but it what we could afford. and certainly glad I've got it. We have had many insurance policies in our lifetime, including pet, and thankfully we have had few occasions to make use of them. Sadly our experience with insurance companies has been patchy, ranging from excellent to poor. I am very happy to say that Purely Pets falls into the excellent category! We unfortunately had to make a claim, but the claims process was very easy and relatively stress free. I can certainly say they are probably the best insurance company we have dealt with.
