Great Customer Service

I had a really bad month with my mum going into hospital with 2 blood clots in her lungs, then she had a stroke. Our beloved family dog Buddy passed away in the same month die to liver disease. It wouldn't of been possible to manage my mum's insurance policy without the excellent customer service and understanding about our situation. The policy was changed into my name to manage and submit a claim form after spending nearly £2000 to try and save her baby and my best friend. The customer service advisors at Purely Pets aided me in resolving the problems I had trying to manage her policy and help her get through a terrible time, without her present to liaise with the insurance company. For the first time I have had to make an insurance claim for my spaniel. Purely Pets guided me through the process and for making a continuation claim for an ongoing resultant problem. They settled directly with the vet as requested. The lifetime cover is expensive but it is good to know that it works when you need it. Reviewed on: 15th July 2021

Purely pets are the best pet insurance for me . Being a pensioner especially. They are one of the cheapest i could find and still at high level of cover. They are very fast to respond to anything including claiming . I recommend them completely. Reviewed on: 15th July 2021

Reasonable price , clear communication

Easy to register, very reasonable cost on compare website and a very good amount of cover , havent had to use yet but am confident i have made the write choice for my chase , he is a pug puppy i did shop around alot trying to find a good monthly cost that was affordable yet found that for a decent amount of cover other insurance cost double if not even more.
