AMAZING SERVICE

Purely Pets have been amazing! This was one of the best policies I could find for the money and was very easy to set up. Having never had to claim on pet insurance before, I have definitely made up for it this year!! In May my dog unfortunately broke her leg, shortly after I took out the policy, and had to have a plate fitted as her bone was so badly shattered. The break was healing nicely, but when she had her splint removed it had rubbed on her pad causing a nasty bacterial infection, which then also had to be treated 3-4 days a week over 3 weeks. All the bills put through by the two veterinary surgeries, these were processed quickly and paid directly to the them. I was notified at every stage of the claim process and have just been notified by text that the final payment has been made. So, one less stress for me and hopefully never to be repeated! All I can say is thank you so much Purely Pets and I would recommend you to all my friends! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

The Best Protection for Pets

Henri is a 5/6 year old Huge chocolate Giant Poodle an absolute Darling since loosing my Husband he occasionally shows off and he accidentally swallowed a large foreign object which had to be made to come back up on a late Saturday evening thank you Purely Pets without your help would have been terribly expensive bless you and bid woof from Henri the eighth xx Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Happy to take on older dogs

I had wanted to change my old insurance company as they kept putting the premiums up a lot each year but I found it difficult to find a company that would take on a dog over 10. Was delighted to find purely pets. On the one occasion that I needed to make a claim they were quick to reimburse me. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

We’ve been with Purely Pets since we’ve had our cat, she’s 5 this year. They’ve always been very reliable when renewing our insurance, providing all the relevant information. We haven’t had to actually use and claim any money (and hopefully it remains that way). If we do, I hope that runs as smoothly as renewing. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
