Saved my dog max :)

max was diagnosed with IMHA, and was critically ill. He needed several transfusions, operations and hospital care. Purely pets paid all my claims with no quibbles, which was a big relief as it was a difficult time and a lot of money. Max is now happy as ever and slowly recovering. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

We have insured our 2 year old cat through the Purely pets for two years and just renewed for a third . They are ther when you want them and provide quick responses when you claim . Other pet have increased policies heavily but I thought the level of increase on renewal after a claim was very fair Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

My experience of purely pets is only a positive one. Every time I have a question about my policy or about levels of cover they are only too happy to help. There great customer service staff are quick to answer and respond respectfully to you every time I call. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
