Archie our dog child has had some problems in the past and has been diagnosed with Diabetes for the last two years, Purely Pets staff and processes have helped us come to terms with this with their easy processes for claiming and when we need to speak to someone they are always very considerate and very honest and helpful. THEY GAVE ME WHAT WAS REQUIRED WITHOUT HASSLE

l lost my young dog early this year with cancer all within two weeks from a slight cough and l was not in the best state but Purely Pets sorted everything for me as l was not wanting to that sort of thing so great for me. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Great insurer - getting a quote was really easy and all the terms and conditions were set out and easy to understand. We have had to make one claim and the process was really simple, and the money was paid out quite quickly. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Perfect Purely Pets!!

We have always found Purely Pets easy to deal with. Great customer service and everything explained well, whenever we have needed to make contact with them. Even when we had to dispute a decision on a claim, they listened and indeed it was reviewed and turned around. My dog, a Westie, needed a major operation and dispite only being with 'Purely Pets' for 5 months, they paid out without any issues or problems. Dogs great and back to full fitness. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

I've had to claim through Purely Pets for two years now because of an extremely poorly cat. They've made it easy to do so both times and have always provided everything I've needed in the suggested time frame, sometimes earlier.
