I have been unfortunate to lose 2 precious pets in the last 2 years and on each occasion when I needed to make a claim, the staff at purely pets have been sympathetic and helpful in sorting out my claim. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Really good customer service and overall pleased with how the claim was processed. Paperwork was sent through and the vet and the company dealt with the rest, as we lost our pet this was much appreciated as it was stress free. The online portal means you can claim and check the process of on-going claims. We have a new policy now with our new pet and would recommend to others. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020
