I am new to using Raisin but so far my experience has been entirely positive. I only needed to contact customer services and my questions were dealt with efficiently, there was no hanging on the phone waiting, and I was able to speak with a real person without a lengthy pressing of buttons on the phone. Stable product and does what it says on the tin. Not had to reach out to the support team as such, but in the past they have been responsive. Range of products is impressive but they are no world beating rates but neither are they shabby rates. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
