sluggish in service and putting info up as soon as available.

Too slow to reply queries. When it does, it is standard answers from leaflets and a lot of waffle. It delays interest and transactional info by several days sometimes. Seems more concerned with its slice of the fees. Reviewed on: 5th March 2023

Great way to manage your money

Having recently taken my pension and looking at ways to invest my lump sum I came across Raisin. I immediately recognised the flexibility that Raisin offered me by giving me instant access to a wide variety of investment accounts, all of which I wanted. Easy access account so I could get at money straight away through to fixed term accounts offering industry leading interest rates all backed by the FSCS.
