Very easy to deal with, good level of information and communication

Easy, transparent and consumer friendly

I have had two loans from ratesetter and in both cases have found it easy to contact them via phone, to see my payment schedule, make additional payments or take out an additional loan as needed. Very happy thus far with my experience. Reviewed on: 10th June 2020

Brilliant service - Top Marks!

Having somehow stumbled across RateSetter I was amazed at a) the rate they could provide b) the ease of application c) the service when I had to talk to them about the loan and d) the after service when I had to make some changes.
