Super fast, no fuss and inexpensive

Both myself and my wife have had small loans from Ratesetter and the overall experience was faultless. They were the lowest cost, the application and decision was fast and the funds arrived quickly as well. In terms of aftercare, all of the information you would need to know can be seen via their website once you log in (I.e. term, amount, monthly payment, what’s left to pay etc). Not like any other loan provider

I have had numerous loans with Ratesetter for many years. The interest rates are one of the lowest in the industry, but the main reason I always use Ratesetter is the amazing customer service team there. When I was struggling to pay the monthly installments at one point I received a phone call from them. There were no demands that I pay. They just wanted me to know that I shouldn't worry and that they would make adjustments to help me through my difficult financial period. They are amazing and I would, and have, recommended them to many of my friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th June 2020
