Simple process with helpful staff

After contacting ratesetter for a loan in late 2015 I was guided through the process of application which took very little time, I was accepted very quickly, money in my account shortly after and now only a couple of months from completing repayments-simple as it should be!Would definitely recommend.Steve Reviewed on: 30th June 2017

Uncomplicated and easy application.

I was very happy to find a peer to peer loan company that provided me with my short term loan where the application was uncomplicated and easy to apply for on line. Easy, personable and quick decision making.

Nice simple easy to use web site

The web site is very simple and easy to use, you can even apply for extra credit on there, there is no fee for over payment which I like, You can also lend money and get a better rate than bank savings accounts. Reviewed on: 30th June 2017

Great experience

With ratesetter I had my first long-term loan experience. I expected whatever loan company I borrowed money from would be more focused on getting as much money out of there customers as they possible, rather than helping and understanding there financial situation.
