Always friendly, compassionate and helpful.

I have had a number of loans with Ratesetter and each one has been a great experience. Even when I struggled with repayments for a few months on one loan, I had no penalties. No nasty phone calls. Just a lovely lady telling me not to worry and asking if they could help in any way. But it was only a blip and sorted out very quickly. They are amazing people. Quick, straight forward and competitive interest rates

I applied for a loan last year and i was accepted straight away. I had the money in my account within a day or 2. It is very easy to complete your applications online and the customer service people are very friendly and helpful sorting out anything you want to know. You can pay off extra instalments online easily with no hassle. You provideded me with the best qoutes and could not find any other qoute better than yours. Quick, easy and fair

Taking loan with RateSetter was one of the best financial deals for a long while. They offered far better interest rates than any other company. Or even the banks we have been banking for years!!! Application process was not long and exhausting at all, just general detailing as you would expect when borrowing some money. Getting the loan was just as easy as applying for it!
