Ripoff

Inconsistent

After dealing with rate setter for a number of years, I had some good experiences and some bad, I have an excellent credit rating and have never missed any payments or even late, but was told that i would be offered one rate of interest and then was changed and after I complained was told I could have the original rate which was lowest they then declined the application, looked suspiciously like they didn't want me to have the rate in the first place, I immediately sold some shares and settled my loan and won't use again Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Simple and transparent

Easy to apply for, make changes to and pay for. Clear visibility of borrowing, interest and payments. Only negative is the information updates aren't as quick as I would like. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Very quick easy to use professional

Simplicity itself via an excellent app

Loan application, monitoring, additional lump sum repayments (choice of reducing term or remaining monthly repayments) and full early repayment were all simple to manage through an excellent user friendly app. A great customer experience! Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
