Easy to deal with

Helpful, friendly and ideal for my needs

When I needed to buy a Mini car for my wife I needed to get money quickly. I found Ratesetters on line and got the money very quickly. I have been late a couple of times and had a polite email explaining I had not paid and that it was possible to pay straight away by card or wait for the DD to be reapplied for. The one time my bank security was compromised I explained it all to Ratesetters and they were more than helpful with their understanding of a very stressful situation, not pressurising me at all and I paid them as soon as my bank account was safe again. If I ever need another loan I will call Ratesetters first! Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Outstanding service with competitive rates

The overall loan process was rapid with a decision including the transfer of the loan. Interest rate was outstanding and much cheaper than any competitors. The web portal to manage and pay the loan is very easy to use. Great company which stands above the rest. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017
