RateSetter made me feel at ease.

Short and sweet, when I chose RateSetter to handle my loan so I was able to buy my dream motor bike the team member karl was so friendly and reassuring and never at any time made me feel under pressure and never forced me into anything I didn’t want to take on which was reassuring. I still get Courtesy updates asking about my finances and is everything okay. Straightforward to arrange and easy to manage

Chose Ratesetter as they had the lowest rate at the time and the loan appeared straightforward to arrange. It was, and I can easily manage my account online, whether it is making an extra payment, requesting a further loan or just checking to see how I'm doing. Would recommend. Quality loans

I used Ratesetter to buy my first car and was deeply pleased with how well the process was from creating my account to receiving the loan. I was very satisfied with the phone customer service who were very polite and knowledgeable. Also the online customer service was excellent when I wanted to change the dates of my payments. The website was great in that in offered me a breakdown of my payments by month and what the interest was so there was no extra charges.
