Easy to navigate and user friendly website, first class customer experience from professional, approachable knowledgeable team of staff. Great hassle free experience when I needed to take out a loan. Low interest and very understanding!

This is one of the best loan companies I've used, it has quite low interest rates as well as affordable payments for long term loans, the customer service is understanding and you can change quite a few things about your loan without even contacting them! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Quick, easy, flexible.

Ratesetter application was very straightforward and a quick decision was made. The overall cost of the loan was explained in easy to understand terms and the rate was very good. There is the option to pay off the loan at a quicker rate with no penalties for doing so. The online account is easy to use and is there for useful advice.
