Always had great communication with all staff or whoever is assigned to deal with my applications throughout 5 year’s service with this company that’s probably why you come back time and time again and as a note they’ve been cheaper than my own bank on last application as I remember so thank you ratesetter. It can be daunting to go through the loan application process knowing that it both key to the financial freedom you’re aiming for and also changes your credit rating. Other companies put you through a 48 hr or more wait Metro bank / Rate setter provided clear, easy to follow and fair information and processes and did not prolong the waiting.
