    Great bank for savings and helpful staff

    I find RCI usually has competitive savings rates. The customer service team replies quickly and are always helpful. The one drawback with RCI (and the... The one drawback with RCI (and the reason I won't award 5 stars) is that you can only have one linked bank account, meaning that if I have a joint savings account and an individual one the the funds must be transferred to and from one single account.
