Satisfied and would recommend..

I'm mostly happy. Recommended to my youngest daughter. Haven't checked in for a while. Should look at the mobile app but have not touched this money so maybe better for me to continue the way I have with no mobile app. Frustrated that the interest rate has gone down and down. RCI Bank is trustworthy.

Saving money is easy if one has spare cash. The hard part is finding a bank that is willing to increase rates promptly when the Bank of England raises it's base rates. In my experience over several years as a customer, RCI Bank has been the 1st to raise rates. Bravo. Reviewed on: 29th January 2022

Great service and good rates

I have been using RCI bank for a savings account for just over 18 months. All throughout that time, if I have had to transfer money out, the process has been simple and the fact that they have continued to offer a better interest rate on my savings had been very impressive.
