outstanding service

The RCI staff are always available to talk about any issues I have. They can be contacted by phone and you don't have to wait in a long queue.!!! The interest rates are competitive and any increase in the rates are passed onto the members at their earliest opportunity- not like some other organisations. Lastly , the general communication from RCI bank is informative and in an easy format that we all can understand. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Easily managed account with attractive rates

Best Account EVER

With the RCI Bank Freedom Savings account I have complete control over my money. I have access to transfer money in and out at will, no delays, no waiting, and to top it all my money earns interest at a rate that is usually up there with market leaders. I am kept informed about any changes, I have easy access to statements and to the tools to manage my account. What's not to love? (PS and interest too!) Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Fair interest rates, great easy to use website

Good communication on things you need to know. RCI keep you informed. They increased interest rates to exisfing savers fairly. Their website is secure and easy to navigate i just get the impression they are trying hard to be customer facing which for an internet bank is refeshing. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

So easy to set up and very competitive

I found RCI so easy to deal with. Simple to set up the account , sensible levels of security , intuitive online banking site and best of all very competitive interest rates that put both the UK high street banks that I use to shame.
