Very easy to deal with

RCI is extremely easy to deal with online. There's a fair range of products with pretty good interest rates and they are so easy to manage on-line. It's great to get a confirmation text when a deposit is made too. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

outstanding service

The RCI staff are always available to talk about any issues I have. They can be contacted by phone and you don't have to wait in a long queue.!!! The interest rates are competitive and any increase in the rates are passed onto the members at their earliest opportunity- not like some other organisations. Best Account EVER

With the RCI Bank Freedom Savings account I have complete control over my money. I have access to transfer money in and out at will, no delays, no waiting, and to top it all my money earns interest at a rate that is usually up there with market leaders.
