Prompt assistance from customer service, good value products

New and old customers get the same rates

There is no where today that you can get good rates of interest on instant access accounts but RCI is very quick to respond to changes and treats old and new customers the same. Also very efficient and good communications. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

No Hastle Experience

I have been a customer for over six years and have enjoyed hastle free banking. So easy to access online and found that interest rates were always increased when appropriate with the least possible delay. It's a shame that they do not operate current accounts with High Street branches. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
